“Which teams have the power arms?”

Each teams have different capability from their strength pitch which will determine the fastest pitch but so far the fastest pitch is New York Yankees. According to Quinton and Webeck “Three teams dominate in the fastball race, with Atlanta, the N.Y. Yankees and the Cubs leading the market on players who throw the most 100 mph (or higher) pitches. Closer Aroldis Chapman, who played for the Cubs and Yankees last year, threw 55.35 percent of his total pitches at at least 100 mph. The Mariners had four 100 mph pitchers in 2016: Edwin Diaz, James Paxton, Dan Altavilla and Arquimedes Caminero. Chapman makes more money than any other reliever in history: an average of $17.2 million per season under his contract that runs through 2021”(Quinton and Webeck 14–16).
